The Employees of the Month for February are. . .

It was extremely pleasing last week to announce our Employees of the month for February. The recipient's really stood out for exceptional work not just in February but consistently over the last several months, and even years in one case!

Rob Dicker has been with the Wakeling group now for well over ten years and is one of our most highly respected members of our Sales team. Throughout February Rob, as usual, continued to show just why he is so admired with a great result in a month where his team was short with illness and holidays.

Similarly at Camden Valley Motors, a future leader Miles Honeysett continued to set a high standard. Miles, our new social media superstar,with his dedication, offbeat humour and determined style, led the Sales teams results quickly becoming the Haval king. Those of you that get the chance to speak with Miles will be sure to walk away with a grin from ear to ear.

Down in Moss Vale, young Callum Davies stood out with exceptional customer service and dedication to help the team. Callum won the praise of a local lady, when he stopped to provide her with assistance changing her tyre and getting her back on her way.

These three individuals certainly know the Wakeling way, doing the little things that no one asks for when no one is looking, Congratulations!!
